After a decades-long tradition of our forefathers in making blackberry wine the old-fashioned way at the slopes of Stara Planina mountain, we decided to share the magical taste and the recipe kept as family secret, with everyone through our debut wine "Nezaboravna berba - Unforgettable vintage." The recipe is passed down from generation to generation,  from father to son ... The secret ingredient was known only to the oldest person in the house, in order to reduce its potential exposure. Only a small circle of people enjoyed this wine. For this reason we founded the company that makes the art. "Make Art" was founded in 2008, with the idea of ​​being the first small winery in our area that will make a blend of tradition and modern technology.

      

In  the winery, where we have replaced the wooden barrels with stainless steel tanks and replaced manual filling with machine one, we have increased the quantities of production and further improved sedimentation with modern filters, all with the aim to have the magic potion even clearer but to maintain and improve the taste.
        The origins of our modern wine "Nezaboravna berba - Unforgettable vintage" was planned and carried out in hundreds of test series in order to achieve perfection but with no compromise to the taste of our ancestors and in full compliance to market standards. We spent many sleepless nights working hard at creating and improving this treasure. That is why the production of the first bottle officially happened only in 2012.

We think it's needless to say that the old-fashioned method involves making blackberry wine without adding addition of concentrates, preservatives, artificial colors and no matter how ridiculous it may sound, WITHOUT ADDITION OF WATER. Of course, not to forget the most essential thing - the secret ingredient that has been inherited from the grandfather.

Although an "Nezaboravna berba - Unforgettable vintage."  is produced by old home-made method, our wine meets all medical and biological parameters and has all the necessary certifications.
       Our winery is equipped with modern machinery and is designed so that it can accommodate the whole technological process in accordance with hygienic and sanitary requirements. Introduction of the HASSAP standards is ongoing.

Besides keeping the track of composition, we’ve also paid attention to the primary and secondary packaging in accordance with all required standards. We went a long way from the first bottle and label till its current design..
      "Nezaboravna berba - Unforgettable vintage" has got a modern look from the outside that simply captivates and lures wine lovers to take it. But this is not all ...
      

The only task of the modern look is to attract your attention. When you remove the cork, you will feel a slight enchanting smell of red berry fruit Rubus fruticosus (Latin) - blackberries. While pouring the wine into a glass you will notice that it spills an inferno red paint marking and enchants with its subtle color, clarity and delightful fragrance that respire freshness.After the first sip of this divine drink with refined taste and excellent drinkability, which will simply awaken all your senses, you will feel an unforgettable pleasure which you will long remember.
